Zinhle Dube is a seasoned procurement professional with over 18 years experience in Procurement & Supply Chain. She is the founder and CEO of Smukeliso. Zinhle leads Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation Projects for Energy, Mining and Telecommunications markets. Prior to pursuing entrepreneurship, Zinhle worked for a number of blue chip companies in corporate industry, as well as in management consulting. She has delivered a number of transformational procurement projects locally, in southern, western Africa as well in the USA, whilst working for global consulting firms. Her core experience includes; Business Transformation & Cost Optimisation, Strategy development and execution, Strategic sourcing, Category Management, Process design and optimisation, Value engineering, Supply Chain & Operations Due Diligence, Contract Management, Corporate Procurement Training, Policy and Procedure development, Public Private Partnership Strategies & Enterprise & Supplier Development. She is a regular speaker at procurement conferences regionally. Zinhle is a periodic contributor for Supply Chain Today Magazine and sits on the Smart Procurement Advisory Board. She enjoys reading motivational and business books, writing, hiking and watching soccer & tennis with her son.

Mpume is a commercially astute Executive with strong expertise in procurement & supply chain disciplines. She leads the Consumer Products Markets’ Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation projects. She has solid experience in Strategy development & execution, Strategic sourcing, Global sourcing, Economic transformation, Business process improvement, Supply & demand planning, Stakeholder relations. Her experience spans over 22 years with blue chip companies viz. Unilever, SAB Miller, Tiger Brands, Edcon, Nandos, Pioneer Foods, inter alia; with over 16 years operating at executive level. She is an entrepreneur in her own right, managing a property portfolio. She is highly engaged in community development. Her previous Board memberships include; Tiger Brands’ Black Managers Trust, Pioneer Foods SE-ED, Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS), CIPS Empowerment Trust, as well as Smart Procurement World Advisory Board, inter alia.

Keneiloe is a highly experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Executive with industry experience spanning over a period of 15 years+. She heads our Financial Services and Transport & Logistics Markets’ Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation projects. She has worked at a number of private sector companies in the Financial Services, Insurance, Transport & Logistics and Petrochemical industries. Her experience includes Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Logistics, Network Optimisation and People Management. Keneiloe’s board engagements include; the Board of Anchor Capital, the Board of Trustees of two Trusts namely HCL BEE & Ownership Trusts as well as the DSV Empowerment Trust.
